THE KEY INGREDIENT IS LOVE

Suzy Grego grew up in a quaint family tearoom in Budapest; inspired by her surroundings Suzy developed a love for confectioneries and blossomed into a professional pâtissière.

Suzy and husband Andy came to discover their son had Coeliac disease and their daughter had a dairy intolerance; so Suzy began to craft a series of Free From treats at home.

Suzy then found a close friend’s daughter also had allergies; with love, Suzy brought the bakery into being, so no allergy could ever stop someone from indulging in the sweeter things in life.

We have a number of measures to keep our confectioneries ‘Free From’; we only use suppliers that provide allergen-free guarantees for our ingredients and work only in our access-controlled production kitchen in Evesham (UK) awarded a five-star Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Hygiene Rating.
